Business terms & conditions

  1. Scope of Services:

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating provides plumbing and heating services, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and emergency services.

  2. Quotations and Pricing:

    • All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time. Prices are subject to change if additional work is required.

    • Quotations are valid for a specified period, and prices may be adjusted for unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Payment Terms:

    • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    • Invoices not paid within the specified timeframe may be subject to late payment fees.

  4. Materials and Parts:

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to select and source materials and parts for projects.

    • Any customer-supplied materials are subject to inspection and acceptance by our technicians.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • Cancellation fees may apply if notice is not provided within the specified timeframe.

  6. Access and Cooperation:

    • The customer is responsible for providing access to the property for the agreed-upon services.

    • Cooperation with our technicians, including providing necessary information, is essential for efficient service delivery.

  7. Guarantees and Warranties:

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating provides guarantees on workmanship, and warranties on materials and parts are subject to manufacturers' terms.

    • Guarantees do not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or interference by third parties.

  8. Health and Safety:

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating adheres to health and safety regulations and expects customers to provide a safe working environment.

    • Customers are advised to inform our team of any potential hazards on the property.

  9. Insurance:

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating maintains appropriate insurance coverage.

    • Customers are responsible for securing insurance coverage for their property.

  10. Complaints and Disputes:

    • Any complaints or disputes must be communicated in writing within 14 days of service completion.

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

  11. Force Majeure:

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating is not liable for any failure or delay in service delivery due to events beyond our control, including acts of nature, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies.

  12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

    • LKS Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes.

By engaging LKS Plumbing & Heating's services, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
